Schools get power to remove poor teachers within a term.
This articule is about the new rules in the British education, This new rules, consist underperforming teachers could lose their jobs within a term rather than a year or more. This will help to improve British education and also as the teachers.
The schools will be able to remove por teachers from the classroom quickly. Now the headteachers should removed more quickly and more often a poor teacher, and may employ a new and better teachers. But if a teacher is removed unfairly will have all the protection of the laws may appeal to a tribunal for reinstatement to school, being punished by the headteacher,it is so that teachers are protected by existing employment laws.
Christine Blower, general secretary of the National Union of Teachers said: "If schools are serious about addressing the issue of teacher competence should it arise, they must do it in a fair fashion and not be constrained by a one-term time limit. It is far better to improve teachers than to seek measures to sack them."
While, Michael Gove, the education secretry said "If you love your job then there is, I think, absolutely nothing to complain about in making sure you have more of a chance to do well."
In my opinion, I think that the new rules are good, because it the are promotes the duty, not only to the profession and the job, also with to the children.

Education should focus on children rather than on teachers, so it is important to give them a good education even if it means dismissing teachers who do not contribute to learning.
